- New SEN & ASD Satellite Site | Esher
We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Years or KS1 Teacher to join a brand-new SEN satellite provision for pupils with ASD in Esher.
This is an exciting opportunity for a primary teacher looking to develop their SEN experience and become part of a growing, supportive team.
We have recruited a fantastic team over the last nine months and are looking to grow substantially by the end of the year, creating excellent opportunities for career progression.
The Role
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
Support pupils with ASD and additional needs to make academic, social and emotional progress.
Adapt teaching and communication to meet individual needs.
Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils.
Work closely with teaching assistants and the wider SEN team.
Contribute to a positive, calm and inclusive learning environment.
We're Looking For
Qualified Primary Teacher with EYFS or KS1 experience.
A genuine interest in SEN and working with pupils with ASD.
Patient, nurturing and adaptable.
A strong team player with a positive attitude.
Someone keen to learn, develop and progress within SEN education.
SEN/ASD experience is desirable but not essential - the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
