Empowering Learning are working with an Academy Trust supporting Primaries across the Grimsby area. The Schools are looking for Early Years Teachers to join their team. We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Early Years Teacher. The successful candidate will create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment that supports children’s early development and inspires a love of learning. You will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework, while building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons and activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development
- Monitor and assess children’s progress and maintain accurate records
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/carers
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are always maintained
- Encourage curiosity, independence, and confidence in young learners
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant Early Years qualification
- Experience working within an Early Years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
