Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Year 4 Opportunity in a Supportive Birmingham School
Location: Perry Barr, Birmingham
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: MPS1
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary (Ongoing)
Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

You\’ll be teaching a vibrant Year 4 class, supported every step of the way through a carefully structured induction and mentoring programme.

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Primary Teacher with QTS (or soon to be qualified)

  • A passion for helping children thrive, with a particular interest in Key Stage 2

  • A nurturing, proactive attitude and strong communication skills

  • Committed to professional development and working as part of a team

  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
