QTS/PGCE is NOT essential – Past Teaching Experience is a MUST., The successful candidate will be enthused by making a difference to the lives of young people. • Previous experience working with challenging behaviour – desirable School Based.

• A person who is passionate, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to help and support children reach their maximum potential in every subject

• Experience working with children who have learning difficulties – EHCPs

• Be able to work well as part of a close knit team as well as think on your feet independently
