Responsibilities: Supervising classes across a range of subjects, ensuring students are engaged with the work set by their absent teacher.
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive, productive learning environment.
Providing additional support to individual students or small groups as needed.
Maintaining classroom order and discipline while adhering to the school s behaviour policies.
Assisting with various administrative tasks and supporting school-wide activities.
Reporting back to teachers on students progress, behaviour, and any issues.
Requirements: Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting, but not essential.
Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
