Empowering Learning seeks an Outreach, Engagement & Intervention Worker to support secondary schools across Mid and North East Essex. The role is fixed-term until 31 August 2028, working 37 hours per week, term time only, with travel across Braintree, Chelmsford, Colchester and Tendring.
You will deliver one-to-one and small group interventions, promote inclusion and help reduce risk of permanent exclusion, working closely with schools, families and partner agencies. DBS checks apply.
