Empowering Learning is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a specialist school in Bushey to support pupils with SEND and trauma-informed needs.
The role is long-term, full-time, 8:30am–3:30pm, with a daily rate of £105–£120.
You will build trusting relationships, monitor progress, and deliver targeted interventions to promote emotional regulation and resilience in learners.
DBS checks and safeguarding are integral to the role.
