The Role
- Providing HR administrative support to the school's leadership and admin team
- Maintaining staff records and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and HR procedures
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including onboarding and vetting checks
- Supporting day-to-day administrative duties within the school office
Working Pattern
- 2-3 days per week
- 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Flexible on which days are worked
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous HR experience (ideally within education or a school setting)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- A good understanding of safeguarding and compliance processes
- The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
