Empowering Learning Ltd is currently seeking dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to join a supportive school in Brent, London. We are looking for enthusiastic, hands-on individuals with experience supporting students with a range of special educational needs, particularly autism. To be successful for this role you must:

  • Contribute meaningfully to the students' learning journey.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting students in the classroom both individually and in groups.
  • Supervising children inside and outside the classroom.
  • Encouraging and supporting students in their learning.
  • Aiding the teacher in lesson preparation and activity planning.
