As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during the short-term absence of the teacher, ensuring pupils remain on task with the work that has been set while maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. The Role Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged with their learning. Support pupils in completing set work. Maintain a safe, positive and inclusive classroom environment. Follow the school's safeguarding and behaviour policies at all times. The Ideal Candidate Reliable, punctual and professional.
