About the Role: You will play a vital role in helping students access education, develop independence and achieve their individual goals within a supportive and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting students within the classroom and around the school
- Assisting with mobility and access requirements where appropriate
- Supporting learning and participation in activities
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff
Ideal Candidates:
- Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals
- Caring, patient and adaptable nature
- Ability to build positive relationships
- Previous SEND, care, healthcare or support work experience is advantageous
