Working with small class sizes and specialist support staff, you'll have the opportunity to deliver engaging, tailored learning experiences that truly make a difference.
Pupils May Have:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
- Complex learning needs and associated conditions
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
- Create a positive, inclusive and structured learning environment
- Develop individual learning strategies and targets
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, Therapists and Parents
- Monitor pupil progress and celebrate achievements
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience within SEND or a strong desire to transition into SEND education
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Creativity, resilience and adaptability
- Commitment to inclusive education and pupil development
