Do you have a passion for supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)? We are working with specialist autism schools seeking caring, enthusiastic and dedicated support staff to join their teams.

Your Role:
- Supporting pupils with autism across a range of ages and abilities
- Assisting with communication and social development
- Delivering personalised support strategies
- Encouraging independence and life skills
- Working closely with teachers, therapists and families
We Are Looking For:
- Experience supporting children with autism (preferred but not essential)
- A patient, empathetic and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Individuals who are passionate about inclusive education
- Backgrounds in education, care, support work, psychology or youth services are welcomed
