Empowering Learning is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support male students with SEMH and behavioural needs at a specialist school in Pinner.
This long-term, term-time only role runs five days a week, with routines and close collaboration with staff to ensure a calm, predictable environment.
The successful candidate will support behaviour plans, de-escalation strategies and work alongside teachers and senior leaders to sustain positive progress for pupils aged 4β19 with complex needs.
