Empowering Learning Ltd is currently seeking exceptional SEMH Support Assistants to join a well-respected school in Barnet, London. We're looking for enthusiastic, hands-on individuals with experience supporting students with autism, SEMH, and challenging behaviour.

The school places a strong focus on both academic progress and behavioural support, so you'll need to be confident in helping students with their learning while also addressing emotional and behavioural needs. You'll play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

To be successful for this role you must:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting students in the classroom both individually and in groups.
  • Supervising children inside and outside the classroom.
  • Encouraging and supporting students in their learning.
  • Aiding the teacher in lesson preparation and activity planning.
