Empowering Learning Ltd is recruiting for a compassionate Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with SEND and SEMH at a specialist school in Witham, Essex. The role starts in September 2026 and begins with a 12-week agency placement before transferring to a fixed-term contract until 21 July 2027, with potential extension.
You will work alongside the SENCo, teachers and senior leaders to deliver 1:1 and small group support, build positive relationships and promote resilience, safeguarding.
