Cover Supervisor
Are you a cover supervisor in a SEND or Behavioural School? We are seeking dedicated professionals to support and deliver pre planend engaging lessons across various subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and provide dynamic, engaging learning experiences.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, using positive behaviour management strategies.
- Adapt teaching methods to support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH
Requirements:
- Experience in covering or supervising lessons in a SEN or PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) setting.
- Strong understanding of SEN and SEMH strategies to support diverse learning needs.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and promote a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to classroom management.
