Empowering Learning is recruiting Teaching Assistants for specialist provisions supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, autism and challenging behaviour. Many of these young people have experienced difficulties in mainstream education and need positive role models who can build trust, create boundaries and help them re‑engage with learning.
We are keen to hear from:
- Experienced SEND or SEMH Teaching Assistants

The Role
- Supporting students aged 11-19 in and out of the classroom
