Full-time Teacher Position for Children with Autism and complex needs, working with the curriculum at Key Stage 2 to 4. My client school is looking for a teacher to teach small groups with autism spectrum and complex needs. The school is based in Sutton. The role starts as soon as possible.
Role and Responsibilities:
- The teacher will work 5 days a week from 8:30 am till 4 pm (not negotiable).
- The teacher will need to start as soon as possible.
- The right person will be responsible for handover and planning for the return for this term.
- The teacher will need to have experience or a qualification in teaching children, QTS or QTLS.
Requirements:
- A degree in education or a relevant qualification in teaching is required.
- Experience working with children with autism, SLD or behavioural needs is highly desirable, not a must.
- Passion and dedication to work with children with special needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
