We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed individual to join their team on a long-term basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position. You do not need to be qualified to apply. If you have transferable skills from roles involving children, care, support work, customer service, or other people-focused environments, and you have a genuine passion for helping young children learn and develop, we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of young children.
- Helping to deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
- Building positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
- Supporting the daily routines that help children thrive and develop.
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- A positive, caring, and proactive attitude.
- Reliability, commitment, and a desire to build a long-term career.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, although support can be provided where required.
- Level 3 Childcare or Early Years qualifications are welcomed but are not essential. We are equally keen to hear from unqualified candidates with the right attitude and transferable skills.
