Empowering Learning are working in partnership with a welcoming and well‑established nursery in the Billingham/Thornaby area to recruit an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager for a permanent, full‑time position starting in September. We are seeking a dedicated childcare professional with previous experience managing a nursery setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the nursery team, maintaining high standards of care and education, and ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day‑to‑day running of the nursery
