Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking outstanding SEND Teaching Assistants to join a supportive school in Islington, London. We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive individuals with experience supporting students with special educational needs, particularly autism and SEMH.
Responsibilities
- Assisting students in the classroom both individually and in groups
- Supervising children inside and outside the classroom
- Encouraging and supporting students in their learning
- Aiding the teacher in lesson preparation and activity planning
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bring passion, enthusiasm, and a desire to work in SEND learning environments
- Possess knowledge and experience with SEND students or a strong background in supporting individuals with autism
