School Cleaner
Location: Northallerton
Hourly Rate: £14.25 - £16.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 3.15pm till 6.15pm
Are you reliable, hardworking, and take pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment? Empowering Learning are working with a School in the Northallerton area for a dedicated School Cleaner to help maintain high standards of cleanliness within their school.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily cleaning tasks including classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas.
- Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard, following health and safety guidelines.
- Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the school remains a safe and pleasant place for pupils and staff.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliability and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to purchase one.
- Be able to provide professional references for the last 2 years
- Able to start immediately
