A fantastic opportunity to build a career in Early Years. Empowering Learning is proud to be working in partnership with a private nursery setting in Northallerton. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed individual to join their team on a long-term basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position. You do not need to be qualified to apply. If you have transferable skills from roles involving children, care, support work, customer service, or other people-focused environments, and you have a genuine passion for helping young children learn and develop, we want to hear from you. For the right candidate, full training and support will be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of young children.
  • Helping to deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
  • Building positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
  • Supporting the daily routines that help children thrive and develop.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for working with children.
  • A positive, caring, and proactive attitude.
  • Reliability, commitment, and a desire to build a long-term career.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, although support can be provided where required.
  • Level 3 Childcare or Early Years qualifications are welcomed but are not essential.
