Secondary Supply Teachers
Location: Macclesfield
Position: Supply Teacher (QTS)
Pay: £160 to £200 per day, depending on experience
Working Pattern: Ad hoc - full-time and part-time flexibility
We are currently looking for a Secondary Supply Teachers to join an excellent secondary school in Macclesfield, known for its strong reputation and supportive environment.
The school already has a bank of trusted and experienced supply teachers and is looking to add more strong teachers to their team for upcoming ad hoc cover.
The Role
- Providing ad hoc supply cover across the school
- Covering a variety of subjects and lessons
- Following lesson plans and ensuring students remain engaged and on task
- Supporting positive behaviour and maintaining a calm classroom environment
- Working across different year groups as required
- Opportunity to work full-time or part-time, depending on your availability
The Ideal Candidate
- Must hold QTS
- Previous experience teaching in a secondary school
- Comfortable covering a range of subjects and lessons
- Confident with classroom management
- Reliable, adaptable and able to quickly build rapport with students
- Available for ad hoc work and able to offer flexibility
