The role focuses on trauma-informed approaches to support pupils with SEND, SEMH, and complex emotional needs, promoting safety, resilience and progress.
You will work with the SENCo, teachers and leaders to deliver targeted interventions, build trusting relationships and help pupils prepare for independent life and future education.
