What We're Looking For
- Hold a Level 3 Teaching and Learning Support qualification (or equivalent)
- Have experience working with children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Be adaptable, reliable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service, or be willing to purchase one
- Be able to provide the last 2 years of professional work history for referencing purposes (references must be from employers, managers, or professional contacts and cannot be family members or friends)
- Experience supporting children with SEN would be a distinct advantage
- Knowledge of a range of learning needs and strategies to support pupil engagement and progress
