Responsibilities- Deliver dynamic lessons and plan, mark, and assess KS3 to KS5 students.
- Support student progress by helping them understand complex engineering concepts and preparing them for exams.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive department, sharing ideas and strategies to deliver high‑quality teaching.
- Inspire a love for engineering by encouraging curiosity and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Degree in Engineering; QTS certification is preferred but not essential.
