Empowering Learning are working with a Primary and Secondary Special Needs School in Harrogate who are seeking Behaviour Support Workers/Teaching Assistants to support in their classrooms on a 1:1 basis or within small groups.
These roles are to start September and are temp to perm.
The school caters for Primary and Secondary pupils supporting Children with Autism and Challenging Behaviours and communication needs.
You will be involved in classroom duties and off-site recreational activities.
Duties
- - Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities for students.
- - Provide support to students with special needs, including those with autism.
