Empowering Learning are working with an Academy Trust supporting Primaries across the Grimsby area. The Schools are looking for Early Years Teachers to join their team. We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Early Years Teacher. The successful candidate will create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment that supports children’s early development and inspires a love of learning. You will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework, while building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons and activities
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development
  • Monitor and assess children’s progress and maintain accurate records
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/carers
  • Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are always maintained

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant Early Years qualification
  • Experience working within an Early Years setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
