Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience across a variety of secondary school settings? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable ECT Secondary Teachers for general supply work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Follow school policies and lesson plans where provided
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • Adapt confidently to different school settings and subject areas

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS for ECTs
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A passion for supporting young people’s learning and development
  • Flexibility and willingness to work across different schools

Safeguarding Requirements

  • An enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service is preferred
  • Applicants without one must be willing to obtain a new enhanced DBS
