Are you a passionate SEND teacher who believes relationships come before learning? We are representing a client school who is seeking a dedicated Nurture 'Thrive' Teacher to lead a specialist KS3 class, supporting pupils with autism, complex needs and social, emotional and behavioural challenges.

You'll deliver a creative, therapeutic curriculum built around the Thrive approach, helping students develop confidence, resilience and independence. We're looking for a qualified teacher with SEND experience, excellent behaviour management skills and a nurturing, child-centred approach. Thrive Practitioner training would be advantageous but is not essential.

Salary: GBP34400 - GBP52490 per annum + SEN allowance

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with SEND pupils, including autism and challenging behaviour
  • Ability to provide professional references covering recent employment
  • Enhanced Child & Adult Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
