Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking outstanding SEND Learning Support Assistants to join a well-established specialist provision in Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports pupils with autism, PMLD, and complex needs across primary and secondary age groups. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Assisting with personal care where required
  • Supervising pupils inside and outside the classroom
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
  • Supporting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
  • Promoting an inclusive and engaging learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Bring passion, patience, and enthusiasm for working in SEND settings
  • Have experience supporting students with autism, PMLD, or complex needs
  • Have worked in education, care, or a similar support-based environment
