We're on the lookout for confident, reliable and engaging Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Bishop Auckland and the surrounding areas.
Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor, a graduate looking to gain experience in education, or someone with a strong background working with young people, we'd love to speak with you!
We're looking for individuals who can step into the classroom, manage a range of behaviours, keep pupils engaged and ensure learning continues in the absence of the usual teacher.
What we're looking for
- Experienced Cover Supervisors with a confident classroom presence.
- Individuals who can manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Reliable, proactive candidates who can hit the ground running.
- A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their education.
Qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement!
- A degree, relevant teaching qualification, or experience within education would be fantastic.
