Empowering Learning Ltd is recruiting a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker / Sports Coach to join a busy Secondary Special Needs School in Batley. The role supports pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, with hours 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, starting ASAP.
This full-time position is temporary to permanent. You will assist in delivering educational activities, support students with autism and challenging behaviours, and help foster an inclusive, nurturing classroom.
