- Contract: Temporary, ongoing until Christmas
- Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday
Empowering Learning is seeking a QTS English Teacher for an outstanding secondary school in OX15, starting in November until Christmas.
The role will involve teaching English across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons and supporting students' progress. This is a great opportunity for a teacher looking for a temporary role in a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management.
- Build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Support student progress and development.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Secondary English teaching experience.
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Effective classroom and behaviour management.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
