Administrator - Croydon
We are looking for engaging and motivated Administrator for one of our clients, a specialist school based in Croydon area.
Our client is based in Croydon and is easily accessible on local bus routes. Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their professional, friendly, and supportive team on a long-term temporary basis.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be highly organized with experience of working in a school environment and have experience of using SIMS, however this is not essential.
Our client would like to interview suitable candidates immediately, with a view to start as soon as possible.
Key Tasks include
- Welcoming visitors to the school and dealing with their enquiries.
- Answering the phone.
- Using SIMS.
- Administration relating to pupil attendance.
- Using IT systems to draft letters, emails, reports, newsletters.
- Monitoring school supplies.
- Keeping financial records

Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one
- Available 5 days a week
- Able to commit to full time work 9 to 5 pm
