We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Middlesbrough seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and inspirational Nursery Manager to lead their team and oversee the day-to-day running of a busy, welcoming setting.

The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for
- Leading, motivating and developing a team of early years professionals.
- Ensuring the nursery consistently delivers exceptional standards of care and education.
- Maintaining compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
- Managing occupancy, budgets and overall nursery performance.
- Building strong relationships with parents, carers and the wider community.
- Supporting staff through coaching, supervision and professional development.
- Creating a positive, safe and nurturing environment for children and colleagues alike.
About You
We're looking for someone who has
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above desirable).
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
- Experience preparing for and managing Ofsted inspections.
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality childcare and supporting children's development.
