Key Responsibilities
- Supervising classes across a range of subjects, ensuring students are engaged with the work set by their absent teacher.
- Managing classroom behaviourand ensuring a positive, productive learning environment.
- Providing additional support to individual students or small groups as needed.
- Maintaining classroom order and discipline while adhering to the school’s behaviourpolicies.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks and supporting school-wide activities.
- Reporting back to teachers on studentsprogress, behaviour, and any issues.
Requirements
