We are looking for engineering Planners to join our business on a permanent basis. This is to work on Thames Water projects across London and surrounding areas.
Principal Accountabilities, Activities and Decisions- Assist with the development of the delivery programme, including close working and co-ordination with Senior Planner, delivery teams, supply chain to build up the optimum methodology, sequence, timing, production & resource.
- Assist with programme updates with respect to performance during the construction period.
- Recommend mitigation measures on areas of forecast critical programme slippage.
- A degree, HND or similar equivalent in a civil engineering or geotechnical subject is desirable.
- Experience of planning services within large complex environments within the construction industry.
- Good experience in scheduling tools and software like Primavera P6, MS Project or ASTA.
- Understanding of the methods of construction, including plant, equipment, and labour requirements.
- Relevant CSCS Card.
