The school supports children and young people whose education has been disrupted by severe anxiety, emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA) and mental health challenges. The Role

We're Looking For
- Qualified Teachers (QTS or equivalent).
- Passionate about inclusive and therapeutic education.
- Patient, reflective and emotionally intelligent.
- Curious about understanding the reasons behind a child's difficulties rather than simply responding to behaviour.
- Committed to helping young people overcome barriers to learning.
Experience in SEND, SEMH, autism, trauma-informed practice or therapeutic education would be highly desirable, although teachers with a genuine interest in this approach are also encouraged to apply.
