Empower ED is recruiting multiple SEN Teaching Assistants in Maidenhead for a specialist school supporting children and young people with autism and additional needs.
These are permanent positions, ideal for people who want to build a long-term career in SEND and work in a supportive specialist environment.
The role
- Support pupils with autism and additional needs
- Work 1:1 and in small groups
- Help pupils with learning, communication and emotional regulation
- Support independence, confidence and life skills
- Work alongside teachers, therapists and wider support staff
- Follow individual support and behaviour plans
