We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Melton Mowbray. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage both their own workload and the efficiency of the warehouse operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including picking on average anything between 80 to 100 items per day
  • Planning and organising your own workload while overseeing team performance during busy periods
  • Maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and cleanliness in the warehouse
  • Ensuring all operational requirements are met in line with business needs
