The Role
Empowered Personnel are recruiting a Warehouse Operative with a Counterbalance FLT licence to join our client in Coventry (CV2). This is a hands-on warehouse role with a primary focus on picking, packing and goods in/out, combined with administrative tasks to support the sales and engineering teams. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a motivated, organised individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Goods in and goods out duties
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT when required
- Updating stock and orders using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Sending emails and liaising with the sales and engineering teams
- Supporting general warehouse administration
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a valid and externally accredited Counterbalance FLT licence
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Good administration skills and comfortable using WMS or computer systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
