Location: Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 (the company is flexible with start and finish times).

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour.

Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting a warehouse operative for our client based in Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37. This is an ongoing opportunity, ideal for candidates with previous experience working in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment. If you are reliable, motivated and enjoy working in a fast‑paced warehouse setting, this could be the perfect role for you.

Role Description:

  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Stacking and preparing orders for dispatch.
  • Receiving and checking incoming goods.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
  • Carrying out manual handling and some heavy lifting as required.
  • Following all health and safety procedures within the temperature‑controlled warehouse.
  • Working to productivity and accuracy targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a warehouse operative is essential.
  • Experience working within a temperature‑controlled warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and motivated attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a freezer/temperature‑controlled environment.

All specialised PPE will be provided.
