Role Description
As a warehouse operative, you will accurately select and prepare customer orders within a busy temperature‑controlled warehouse.
Responsibilities include:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Stacking and preparing orders for dispatch
- Receiving and checking incoming goods
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Carrying out manual handling and some heavy lifting as required
- Following all health and safety procedures within the temperature‑controlled environment
- Working to productivity and accuracy targets
Requirements
- Previous experience as a warehouse operative essential
- Experience in a temperature‑controlled warehouse preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, hardworking, and motivated attitude
- Comfortable working in a freezer/temperature‑controlled environment
