Location: Shirley (B90).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 07:00 to 15:00 for three weeks, followed by one week 09:00 to 17:00, rotating on a set basis.

Hours per Week: 37.5 hours.

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour.

Empowered Personnel are currently recruiting a Production Operative for their client based in Shirley. This is a long term Production Operative role with consistent working hours on a rotating shift pattern. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who want to build their career as a Production Operative in a supportive team.

Responsibilities

  • Operating a guillotine machine to cut product samples accurately
  • Carrying out cutting product samples work to prepare items for despatch to customers
  • Checking quality and accuracy of samples cut by the guillotine machine
  • Organising and preparing customer orders for despatch
  • Maintaining a clean, safe working environment in the production area
  • Assisting with general Production Operative duties as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Production Operative or within a manufacturing/production environment is desirable
  • Confidence in operating machinery such as a guillotine machine (training can be provided)
  • Strong attention to detail when cutting product samples
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to adapt to the rotating shift pattern
