FLT Counterbalance Driver Location: Hinckley Salary: £14.21 per hour (£31,393 per annum once permanent) Contract: Temporary to Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am 5:00pm Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a successful and growing business based in Hinckley. This is a hands-on, varied warehouse role that combines FLT driving with Goods In, Goods Out, order picking and general warehouse duties. The successful candidate will spend a significant amount of their working day operating a Counterbalance FLT, unloading trailers, moving pallets and safely storing stock. When not operating the FLT, you will support the wider warehouse operation, including order picking, scanning, printing labels, stock control and despatch activities. There may also be opportunities to carry out local deliveries using the company van.
