The Role

Empowered Personnel are recruiting a Warehouse Operative with a Counterbalance FLT licence to join our client in Coventry (CV2). This is a hands-on warehouse role with a primary focus on picking, packing and goods in/out, combined with administrative tasks to support the sales and engineering teams. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a motivated, organised individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately
  • Goods in and goods out duties
  • Operating a Counterbalance FLT when required
  • Updating stock and orders using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Sending emails and liaising with the sales and engineering teams
  • Supporting general warehouse administration

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a valid and externally accredited Counterbalance FLT licence
  • Previous warehouse experience is essential
  • Good administration skills and comfortable using WMS or computer systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised
