Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 15:00 for three weeks, followed by one week 09:00 to 17:00, rotating on a set basis

Empowered Personnel are currently recruiting a Production Operative for their client based in Shirley. This is a long term role with consistent working hours on a rotating shift pattern. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who want to build their career as a Production Operative in a supportive team.
Role Description:
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by operating machinery and ensuring product quality. Daily duties will include:
- Operating a guillotine machine to cut product samples accurately
- Carrying out cutting product samples work to prepare items for despatch to customers
- Checking quality and accuracy of samples cut by the guillotine machine
- Organising and preparing customer orders for despatch
- Maintaining a clean, safe working environment in the production area
- Assisting with general Production Operative duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Production Operative or within a manufacturing/production environment is desirable
- Confidence in operating machinery such as a guillotine machine (training can be provided)
- Strong attention to detail when cutting product samples
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to adapt to the rotating shift pattern
